We are the Blackmon Family!
My wife Sarah and I decided to adopt around one year ago. We both felt the call to care for orphans and were open to adopt from anywhere. We contacted Lifeline Children’s Services as we had heard about them through our church, Brook Hills, to gather information. We were originally in the International program, but after closed doors, and God opening others, we are pursuing adoption domestically. Our home-study is complete and our profile is being shown to mothers considering placing their child for adoption. We could be placed with a child in a year, or two days. We just keep praying and take this journey a day at a time.
We are at the very beginning of our long journey of fundraising, and so thankful for the support from Grace Klein Community!
