It’s been a few months since our last update, but God has continued to do a good work in Southern India.

The well in Daburuvaripalli has been dug and a pump motor fitted, so there’s fresh water at Grace City campus now! This will be a great help during the youth program that’s coming up in the third week of May. There will be between 150 and 200 young people from surrounding villages who will be at Grace City campus during that week, most of whom will hear the Gospel for the first time. Our friends from Bangalore will be leading worship and Bible study, feeding and teaching the young people, sharing of their hope in Jesus. Please join us in praying that God will call those young people into a relationship with Him and that our friends will teach with wisdom and boldness.

At Hanna Krupa Church in Bangalore, Pastor Chandra, his wife, Manjula, and their nephew, Krupa, continue to serve with dedication, and care for the people of the slum area. In their care are three girls, Kavya, Deborah and Hanna. For the past several years, we have been raising support to send Kavya and Deborah to an English medium school, and this year Hanna will begin her second year of nursing school.

A team from Grace Klein Community will be in India in September to meet with our friends in Bangalore and Andhra Pradesh. We will be sharing Jesus with people in the villages surrounding Grace City campus, worshiping with the Hanna Krupa church in Bangalore, and visiting the HIV+ children in Ongole.

All of these efforts require your support. Every dollar you donate to Madhuri’s Mission through Grace Klein Community goes directly to each of these areas. We need donations to help fund the Grace City youth program, school tuition and fees for the girls, and our mission trip in September.
