PEARLS OF SLUM, INDIA
In the slums, we are reminded and feel the impact of the untouchables, poverty, spiritual oppression, brokenness, darkness and hopelessness.
There are 116 families currently living in the slums. Our goal is to train the children for their higher education as well as plan empowerment programs for the women.
Grace Klein Community invests in the lives of those called to serve in the slums, by overseeing the funds given to support our efforts and encouraging our team who are actively aiding those trapped in poverty.
“For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.”
