A family received food for several months and connected in a deep way to the family that delivered to them. The families became close friends. The food recipient no longer needs the food help, but the two families get together at least once a month to spend time together.
When the former recipient discovered that the volunteer had been sick, they sent the following precious email to them:
“I’m not going to be long but me and the family have been praying and keeping up withTim’s Health Up Dates and it’s a blessing for me to hear Tim’ is home.I have been speaking the word over your health[I AM HEALED, AND SICKNESS WILL NOT LORD OVER MY BODY.1Peter2;24] I also said this one [God IS ON MY SIDE; I WILL NOT FEAR.Psalms 118;6]If there is anything WE can do please let us know. AND CLOSING REMBER WE LOVES YOU GUY’S[OUR BEST FREINDS] AND SO DO GOD”
Volunteer Tim Linderman experienced a health scare a few weeks ago and God spared his life. When they returned home, they had this email from their community friends who were praying for them and reaching out to them.
God has provided a true and deep friendship between two families that have been united through the grace and mercy of Jesus.
