Join Us for a Day of Golf and Fun in Support Of FEEDBHM!

Grace Klein Community works to unite diverse individuals, businesses, ministries, and churches to share resources, meeting physical and spiritual needs locally and globally. To expand our ability to feed the hungry and respond to food insecurity in the greater Birmingham area, we will be holding our fourth Golf Invitational as an organization fundraiser. The invitational will be held on Thursday, May 21, 2026, at Ballantrae Golf Club in Pelham, AL. The invitational is named in honor and memory of Oliver Waltman, a key volunteer, encourager, and supporter of Grace Klein Community and an advocate and participant of our food rescue initiative FeedBHM. Oliver was a resident of Ballantrae and a member of the Ballantrae Golf Club, which means he likely spent many hours talking about Grace Klein Community as he played golf with friends, making the Ballantrae location of the invitational an obvious choice.

Our goal for our 2026 event is to have a minimum of 120 golfers. We invite you to sign up as an individual golfer, a sponsor, or as a contributor of items for team swag bags. We would love to have a variety of sponsors, as outlined to the right.

The invitational will provide an excellent opportunity to show your support for Grace Klein Community and our FeedBHM program… not to mention, give you and some of the golfers in your life a chance to play. If you sign up as a sponsor, regardless of the level you select, you will:
  • receive signage at least at one hole
  • be mentioned on our social media platforms
  • be recognized, relative to your level of sponsorship, on any fliers and other marketing materials associated with this event
  • have an opportunity to contribute to the “Swag Bags” distributed to each golfer upon sign-in. The swag items can be golf products such as towels, sleeves of balls, Koozies, etc. bearing your company logo. 
Our Golf Invitational is another way to show your support and partnership of Grace Klein Community, along with your other commitments as an advocate, donor and/or volunteer, all in God’s name. Please prayerfully consider your level of participation and click one of the links below to sign up.
