Anna’s 16th Birthday

December brought the joy of celebrating Anna as she turned sixteen on the 16th. The occasion was filled with laughter, a delicious birthday cake, and meaningful moments shared together. The celebration created lasting memories and reflected the joy found in honoring each milestone in our children’s lives.

Kwathu School

December was a busy month at the school as Grade 7 pupils completed their final examinations, while other learners also sat for end-of-term exams. The school officially closed for the third term on December 4, 2025, after which pupils began their holiday break.

Grade 7 pupils are now awaiting examination results, scheduled for release in early January 2026.

Old People Outreach

December is a season of giving, sharing love, and celebrating the birth of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. In this spirit, the Kwathu staff, led by the Director, visited the Livingstone Old People’s Home.

During the visit, the team cleaned the surroundings, made donations to the home’s office, and distributed small care packages to elderly residents. A time of worship and praise was shared together. In total, outreach reached 35 elderly individuals.

Community Outreach

On December 2, Kwathu had the joy and privilege of visiting Senkobo Village for a Christmas celebration, where more than one hundred children received gifts.

Along with presents, meals and drinks were shared, creating a joyful and memorable celebration for everyone involved.

Kwathu Christmas Celebration

On December 5, Kwathu shared Christmas joy with more than 600 children, each receiving a gift and enjoying a festive meal. Children from the home, school, and surrounding community gathered in unity and celebration.

The day was enriched by beautiful performances including dances, poems, and a heartfelt Christmas play. The celebration concluded by joyfully sending the children off for Christmas holidays with smiling faces, grateful hearts, and lasting memories.

Kwathu Staff End-of-Year Party

Kwathu concluded the year with a joyful End-of-Year Party held on December 17, 2025, graciously hosted by the Director. The celebration brought the team together in an atmosphere filled with joy, dancing, and fun activities.

The annual gathering provided an opportunity to celebrate one another and reflect on shared achievements throughout the year. The evening marked a meaningful moment of gratitude, unity, and renewed motivation.
