To express our gratitude for our wonderful volunteers, Grace Klein Community recently sent a floral arrangement and a handwritten note to one of them, selected at random. However, nothing is coincidental with God!
This particular volunteer, Ellen Posey, had been facing health challenges that kept her homebound for several weeks. The unexpected delivery served as a powerful reminder of how God fosters meaningful connections within our community.
Since the time of this delivery, she has made remarkable progress and now volunteers with Grace Klein on a weekly basis. She is dedicated to serving, and her passion and commitment are truly inspiring.
Demonstrating her resourcefulness, Ellen continually finds innovative ways to repurpose items, breathing new life into them. Her thoughtful nature is evident in her proactive efforts to address the needs of those in our city.
Ellen has shared how blessed she feels to give back and contribute, emphasizing the importance of feeling useful. Her efforts have significantly enriched our community, and we feel incredibly blessed to have her as part of our team.
At Grace Klein Community, volunteers like Ellen remind us of the profound impact one individual’s “yes” can have. Their dedication not only transforms our community but also enhances their own lives. We are grateful for her service and look forward to continuing this journey together!
