“After this the Lord appointed seventy-two others and sent them on ahead of him, two by two, into every town and place where he himself was about to go.” – Luke 10:1
Sister Lawrence and Sister Williams have been such a delight to have at Grace Klein Community. They always serve together and are the epitome of what it looks like to be sent out two by two. They are eager and willing to serve in each and every capacity. They are known by their kindness and their generous spirits. Sister Lawrence and Sister Williams have been serving at GKC for the past couple of months. Each time they walk through the door, we are so thankful to see them. We often look forward to them coming each week.
These girls typically serve on Wednesdays, which are notorious for being busy. They often help us unload our food bank orders (which is no small task) or sort through donations. We can always rely on their strength, both spiritually and physically, to help us through our day. We would not be able to move such large amounts of food or keep our spirits so high without them.
Sister Lawrence and Sister Williams have compassionate hearts. They always make sure to talk to those that come in as well as making sure to check on the staff. They offer words of encouragement regularly and always keep us laughing. We are so thankful for these girls and the joy that they bring to Grace Klein Community.
